The Organic Yard by Mahasuk Farm

A good little place in Chiang Mai.

Located in Maha Chok Park, Doi Saket, The Organic Yard is a small organic and lifestyle shop built around a simple idea: choose good things, and choose them carefully.

You’ll find food, snacks, health products, everyday household things, and little discoveries that make you stop and look twice.

It's the kind of shop where you can go in looking for one thing and somehow leave with three things you didn't know you needed.

We first came across The Organic Yard while looking for a place that felt right for Skinhug. But after actually visiting, we quickly realized that what made the shop interesting wasn't just where Skinhug could sit.

It was how everything else got there in the first place.

“Everything in the shop has been chosen because it’s good.”

That's how Khun Earn, the owner, described the shop to us.

Simple enough.

But walk around The Organic Yard and you start to understand what she means.

There isn't a feeling of someone simply filling shelves with products. Food, snacks, wellness products and household items all feel like they've been considered individually.

Someone has looked at each thing and thought:

Yep. This is worth having here.

And honestly, we like that.

A little shop with a lot of good things

The Organic Yard is part of Mahasuk Farm and sits inside Maha Chok Park in Doi Saket.

It's not trying to be a giant supermarket or a place where you can buy absolutely everything.

That's part of the charm.

It's a smaller, more considered selection of things that are easy to bring into everyday life. The kind of place where you can browse for a while, discover something new, and probably find a snack for the drive home.

Which brings us to...

Why Skinhug is here

We're a small Chiang Mai brand too, so finding another local business that cares this much about what it puts on its shelves felt pretty special.

When Khun Earn opened the door to Skinhug, it felt like a natural fit.

Not because we're trying to fill another shelf.

But because we like being around people who are thoughtful about what they choose to bring into people's homes.

And yes, we bought snacks

We went in to put Skinhug on the shelf.

We walked out with snacks.

They were really good.

Some were even good enough to share with the kid, which is basically a five-star review from us.
